Here’s a quick guide of how to Lock Up Your Boss.

when?

You choose any date that suits your work schedule to Lock Up Your Boss for one hour only.

wanted

During the week before your lock up, download your bosses personalised Wanted Poster from the Rap Sheet section of the website to display around the office. Tell everyone that your Boss is about to be 'locked up'.

summons

Visit the Rap Sheet section where you can create your Boss's personalised Summons Notice, nominate their 'crime', date and time of the 'arrest' - then make sure to read this out at the staged 'arrest'

lock up

Once your Boss is kitted out in their prisoner shirt and handcuffed, read out their summons and advise them that the only way to freedom is to raise $500 bail.

raising bail

Raising the bail has never been easier. Direct your family, friends, associates, non collegues online to make their donations. Alternatively we can accept cheques - some Bosses have raised their bail prior to the Lock Up by emailing most of their contacts and asking them to make their online donation. It's that easy!

If you are collecting cash donations that have been raised for Kids Helpline by Locking Up Your Boss, take the cash to any branch of the Commonwealth Bank, to be deposited.
